Sinopsis:
O poveste romantica si misterioasa in plina atmosfera revolutionara a anilor 1848 in Transilvania. Un revolutionar ardelean si un conte ungur sunt indragostiti de o cantareata de opera care canta la Scala din Milano. Contele maghiar cu mijloace tehnice misterioase obtine imaginea frumoasei cantarete si o invie in singuratatea castelului transilvanean. Dupa aceasta, cantareata dispare. Tanarul revolutionar incearca sa afle adevarul si ajunge la castel. Are loc infruntarea. Castelul sare in aer. Contele moare. Soarta frumoasei cantarete ramane un mister.
